Located directly on the Intracoastal, and less than 10 minutes to the Atlantic, 17th Street Yacht Basin has always been the smart choice for yachts and pleasure boaters alike. Soon, it will be the preferred choice for bigger superyachts as well. Dredging is now underway on the 850’ facedock, which will allow us to accommodate even larger draft vessels. Once completed, the facedock will be 16.5’ mlw, capable of accommodating superyachts up to 350’ and beyond.

Dredging should be completed by August, in plenty of time for the fall season. In addition, the back marina basin will undergo dock changes next year. “We are continually looking for ways to improve our marinas and maximize their potential, this project is a prime example,” said Kevin Quirk, Partner with US Marina Group, the firm that manages 17th Street Yacht Basin.

Other major improvements are also underway at the Hilton property, including a new waterfront restaurant, common ground, and room upgrades.
